If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please note:

  • Customer bears all packing and delivery charges
  • Charges include: Delivery + Reverse Delivery + Second Attempt Delivery
  • Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached

For exchanging one item for another different item:

  • Customer pays the price difference between items
  • All delivery charges apply (Delivery + Reverse Delivery + Second Attempt Delivery)
  • Packing charges may apply for the new item
  • Original item must be returned in saleable condition
